END USER LICENSING AGREEMENT for the SI Academy

1. A subscription to the SI Academy entitles you to view and download all the content at the SI Academy during your subscription period, subject to the limitations disclosed below.
2. All subscriptions to the Teledyne LeCroy Signal Integrity Academy are annual, and begin at the date of activation.
3. All the content at the SI Academy is covered under international copyright law.
4. No warranty. The SI Academy content is being provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Teledyne LeCroy, for itself and its suppliers, hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, oral or written, with respect to the SI Academy content. You acknowledge that no warranties have been made to you by or on behalf of Teledyne LeCroy or otherwise form the basis for the bargain between the parties.
5. By logging into the SI Academy website, you acknowledge that you are restricted from:
   1. recording or distributing copies of the streaming content
   2. copying or distributing any of the downloaded content unless specifically stated in the content.
   3. incorporating in whole or in part any content into other media without the express permission of the SI Academy.
   4. giving or distributing your login and password to anyone else. If this is violated, your subscription will be terminated immediately with no refund.
